Shapely bread box with glass bottom to keep sliced bread fresh. In addition, the hygroscopic properties of the wood ensure an optimal storage climate in the box. Freshly baked bread can release excess moisture, and vice versa, the moisture is released back into the bread after the first day and does not become hard so quickly.

The lid, made of solid wood, functions simultaneously as a robust breadboard. All surfaces are honed, oiled, and polished. This item won a design award from the Forum Schweiz.
